Evidence.com DatePicker Not Working

We are currently aware of and in the process of fixing a bug in the system when it comes to searching by date. There is a workaround for this issue, please follow the steps below and report back if this works for that user. This has to be performed by the user experiencing the issue:

1. Login to evidence.com
2. Click your name in the top right corner
3. Click EDIT
4. Select any other option from the TIME ZONE drop down menu
5. Click SAVE
6. Log out of evidence.com and log back in
7. Click on your name in the top right corner again
8. Click EDIT again
9. Change the TIME ZONE back to what it was originally set to
10. Click SAVE again (edited)
